We don’t believe in shoot-and-run pest control. Our job isn’t finished until five things are true:

1. We’ve made a comprehensive check of your pest problem(s)
2. We’ve assessed what control methods are necessary
3. We’ve gotten sign off from you, the customer, on everything you want done
4. We’ve completed our control and prevention methods safely and completely
5. You, our customer, report that the problem has been handled and you’re happy with our service
